HEALTH & WELLBEING – Lambeth & southwark

UFFO ATHLETIC HEALTH & WELLBEING WALKS FOR BME WOMEN IN SOUTHWARK & LAMBETH (January 2025 to December 2026)

Join our FREE weekly Health and Wellbeing walks led by trained female walk leaders!

These walks are led by trained local people and are predominately aimed at South London’s Global majority women, though not exclusively. The project is funded by Lambeth Council’s Community Fund and Southwark Council’s Neighbourhood Fund. Walks are led by local trained women to support participants to experience benefits of regular Walking including as greener modes of transport, to exercise and to connect with others and nature.

We would like to hear from you, if you are interesting in developing new led walks in your  area and for local communities. We can provide you with Walk Leader training and consultations with community members.
